Unless explicitly agreed through a separate engagement agreement, our Services:
- Do not create an attorney-client relationship
- Do not constitute formal legal representation in Courts of law
- Are advisory/support in nature
Any legal proceedings, drafting, or litigation matters require a separate agreement and additional documentation.
- Service Engagement & Documentation
Before delivering any service:
- A formal Service Agreement, NDA, or Work Order may be required.
- Clients must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
- Cop Solutions is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete client information.
- Confidentiality
- Cop Solutions maintains strict confidentiality of all client data, documents, and information shared during the engagement.
- Information may be disclosed only when required by law, law enforcement agencies, or government authorities.
- Compliance & Law Enforcement Coordination
Certain services may require:
- Verification of client identity
- Approval from law enforcement or regulatory bodies
- Submission of documents as mandated by Indian law
We are not responsible for delays caused by external authorities or regulatory processes.
- Payment Terms
- All fees must be paid as per the agreed terms in the Service Agreement.
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
- Any delay in payment may result in suspension of services.
- Undue delay in payments may incur interest at 12 % pa for the delayed period
- Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide correct information and documents
- Follow legal and regulatory guidelines
- Not misuse Cop Solutions’ name, employees, or credentials
- Not engage our services for any unlawful or unethical activity
Cop Solutions reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if any misuse or illegal intention is identified.
- Limitations of Liability
Cop Solutions shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Delays in government or law enforcement processes
- Losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the client
- Actions or decisions taken by authorities based on their independent judgement
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
