Cop Solutions ensures seamless coordination and real-time operational support to client companies through an organised communication and response framework:

  • Dedicated WhatsApp Coordination Group:

    A joint WhatsApp group is created, led by the client company’s designated Nodal Officer and Director (operations) of Cop Solution, and includes area-wise Ground Consultants from Cop Solutions.

  • Real-Time Query and Task Management:

    Whenever a query, issue, or task is flagged by client company Nodal officer/official, the respective Cop Solutions ground consultant immediately acts upon it and provides on-ground assistance or coordination as required.

  • Operational Response and Support:

    Ground consultants assist client staff in handling situations involving law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or local administrative bodies, ensuring timely and effective intervention.

  • Monitoring and Reporting:

    A monthly statement/report is prepared summarising:
    All calls, queries, and incidents attended, Nature of support provided, Response timelines, and Assessment of overall coordination and liaison between Cop Solutions and client’s field staff.

  • Performance Review:

    The monthly report forms the basis for evaluating Cop Solutions’ operational performance, response efficiency, and the quality of ground support extended to the client company.

  • Coordination with Walk-in and Individual Customers

    Individual clients can reach Cop Solutions through walk-ins, numbers as given in website and company profile, face book page, email of the company, or online contact forms. Each query or case is formally registered and assigned a reference number for tracking.

  • Dedicated Case Handling:

    A case manager or consultant is assigned to understand the issue, verify details, and provide guidance and detailed consultation, drafting of complaint and processing the same to concerned agency, providing help of legal counsel or immediate on-ground assistance as needed.

  • WhatsApp/Communication Support:

    For ease of follow-up, a dedicated WhatsApp communication line or small group is created (if required) between the consultant and the client for sharing updates, documents, and status of action taken.
